Less pattern means more visible leather on this vintage leather lounge chair. The smooth version deliberately avoids decorative stitching and creates generous surfaces where the natural grain and individual colouring of the buffalo leather can fully unfold.
The vintage look is not printed onto the material afterwards. It develops from the properties of the hide and our processing. The leather is dyed by hand, producing varying depths of colour, soft transitions and individual shading.
Natural characteristics are especially easy to see on the smooth surfaces. Fine scars, differences in grain or small irregularities may form part of the surface. These qualities ensure that the chair does not look like an industrially standardized product.
With its armrests and generous upholstered surface, the lounge chair has a strong yet understated presence. Because no particular stitching pattern dictates the style, it can be combined especially flexibly with solid wood, metal, stone and many interior concepts.
Every vintage leather lounge chair is made specifically for the respective order. Production takes place in our own facility in Germany with a high proportion of handcrafting. By prior arrangement, we can therefore also take individual customer requests into account.
