The classic leather chair combines traditional Chesterfield tufting with a slim armless shape. The characteristic upholstery defines the seat and backrest and gives the chair a timeless appearance in which craftsmanship clearly takes centre stage.
We use genuine buffalo leather, which we dye by hand. This creates different colour depths, subtle shading and individual transitions. The natural grain is preserved and adds the unmistakable character of a genuine hide to the Chesterfield tufting.
Small scars, slight structural differences and natural irregularities are not artificially concealed. They are part of the material and, together with the hand-dyeing process, ensure that every chair has its own individual surface. Over time, the leather can also develop a personal patina.
The armless design makes the chair particularly flexible at the dining table and allows several chairs to be combined in a space-efficient way. The classic Chesterfield look suits traditional interiors as well as vintage, industrial and modern living concepts.
Every classic leather chair is manufactured in our own production facility in Germany only after the order is received. We deliberately make our chairs by hand rather than simply producing them for stock. By prior arrangement, individual customer requests can therefore also be incorporated into production.
